Erin Weltin - Principal

 
Erin Weltin is Founder and Owner of Agility Communications Group, where she manages sales and operations and all other aspects of the company for continued growth. Erin has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles with AT&T, along with Lucent Technologies and Avaya, Inc. She was recipient of the Catalyst Growth Award for fastest growing Avaya partner in 2007 and 2008.

Prior to Agility Communications Group in 2007, Erin founded and owned Imagine Technologies, a successful business communications consulting and technology solutions firm based in Dallas, Texas. Erin implemented new systems and processes to improve sales productivity and technical support for the business.

Previously, Erin held a position as Sales Manager of Avaya, Inc. and built a team of twenty new sales representatives in the central US. She empowered sales staff and achieved the goal of making her group the top revenue team within her division every year. Erin's team was honored for the award winning performance in Top National Select Team in 2003, Avaya partners for Growth in 2004, Avaya Business partner of the year in 2005, and Avaya's fastest partner to reach gold status for 2006.

Erin is recognized for helping the community through volunteerism and annual events that drive corporate sponsorship for local charities.

Erin earned a B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Melissa Adams - Senior Solutions Consultant

 
Melissa Adams is responsible for sales, account management and development with Agility Communications Group for the Western Territory, and is based out of our Denver office. With over 20 years of business experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Melissa comes to the table with tools to assist any company with their communication strategy.  Her time served with AT&T coupled with years of teaching experience gives her the perfect balance to offer excellent customer education and service.  Melissa has an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and received her undergraduate degree in Communications Media. 

Emilee Anderson - Solutions Consultant

 
Emilee Anderson graduated from Texas A&M University and went to work for Cbeyond Communications in Houston selling T-1's, mobile phones and other communications solutions for small businesses. After two years in account management and a move to the DFW metroplex, she came to Agility in August of 2009. Emilee specializes in selling IP Office, Communication Manager phone systems, and the necessary software to help meet the needs of our customers.

Dijon Cox - Senior Solutions Consultant

 
Dijon Cox is Agility's carrier consultant and she came to us from AT&T. She maintains the accounts we have with over 80 carriers across the nation and is responsible for reviewing customer's current technology, evaluating their monthly bills, and making recommendations about products that will not only enhance our client's current productivity but also save them money.

Marnee Lott - Chief Marketing Officer and Salesforce Administrator

 
Marnee Lott joined the Agility team in 2010 as the Marketing Administrator. She soon began assuming the responsibility of our crm system, website administration, event planning and any other projects that get sent her way. Marnee had been a store manager and regional training manager for Barnes and Noble for eight years before working with FUMC in Waco in the Youth Ministry where she was responsible for coordinating and promoting the youth events. She has also served on the board at her son's school in many positions, including the TAG Auction Fundraising Chairperson, and the Newsletter Editor (a position she held for 3 years). Marnee has a marketing degree from the University of Texas in Austin.

Sherry Beak - Controller

 
Sherry Beak has 15 years of operations management experience and joined the Agility team in October 2008. She is responsible for month-end accounting duties, oversight of A/R, A/P, and other functions, developing and maintaining the budget, tracking expenses, creating job cost analysis, and providing expertise to the leadership team for profitability enhancement and cost-saving ideas. She also helps coordinate the annual charity kickball tournament, boat party, and other events hosted by Agility.

David Hines - Director of Operations

 
David Hines is the Project Manager at Agility Communications Group, where he manages CM, IP Office and MAC projects for the organization with over 11 years experience in project management roles with AT&T, Airband Communications, Epifany. David assisted in implementing a standardized process to increase ROI and improve the customer experience in regard to implementations. David earned a BBA degree from The University of Central Oklahoma.

Danny Rich - Senior Systems Engineer

 
Danny has been involved with the Avaya IP Office since its introduction to North America. His experience includes around 200 installations, primarily as the lead engineer, encompassing traditional TDM, IP, and SIP. Danny is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Alfredo Gonzales - Senior Systems Engineer

 
Alfredo Gonzales graduated from DeVry University in October of 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Network and Communications Management. Having had experience in the Communications Industry in the United States Army, Alfredo joined the Agility Communications Team in March of 2006. With over nine years of experience in the Communications Industry, Alfredo specializes in product implementation involving TDM, Networks, VoIP, SIP, along with many other applications. Alfredo's main focus as a senior engineer is to provide a smooth implementation along with excellent customer satisfaction.

Alex Funicello-Paul - Systems Engineer

 
Alex Funicello-Paul joined Agility CG in 2010 as an installation engineer for the Communication Manager platform. Prior to joining Agility, Alex worked at another communication company in Rhode Island as a Tier 2/3 support engineer. He was responsible for handling high priority system downs, system upgrades, and system patching for AVAYA systems. Alex graduated with an electrical engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island and enjoys snowboarding, motorcycling, kayaking, and hiking when he is not installing new phone systems.

Matthew Laurence - Senior Support Engineer

 
After graduating at DeVry University with Bachelors in Telecommunications Management, Matthew worked for 3 years in the Trade Show Industry. Here he became proficient in configuring and installing a variety of telephony and network technologies in convention centers across the country. In 2007 he joined the Agility Team, and since then Matthew has been a key factor in developing the Support Department.

Steven Gorena - Support Engineer

 
Steven Gorena graduated from DeVry University in October of 2008, with a Bachelor's Degree in Network Communications Management. He started with Agility in December of 2008 and began working on Avaya Communication Platforms. Steven now works on the support team where he fields issues that customers need handled in a timely fashion. Customers continually express their appreciation about Steven and how quickly he and Agility resolve their issues.

Richard Wallot - Senior Systems Engineer

 
Richard Wallot has a long history in the Communications Industry. He began his telephony career in the Military in 1979. After 13 years in the US Air Force serving in the US, Japan, and Germany, he spent another 6 years in the Texas Air Guard. Since 1997, Richard has been working with Avaya phone systems; he started with Communication Manager (CM), then known as the Definity, and currently maintains IP Office, CM and numerous other Avaya solutions. He has been certified as an Avaya Certified Expert in IP Telephony, and has worked in all aspects of the business, including a brief stint as a business owner from 2009 -2010. Richard attended the University of Maryland and the Community College of the Air Force.

Kyle Bunch - Systems Engineer

 
Kyle Bunch joins the Agility team with 4 years hands on experience managing all the components of the Avaya IP Office system. Prior to joining Agility CG, he worked at Scott and Scott, LLP as an IT consultant managing their IP Office system as well as projects involving privacy and network security, asset management, and compliance. Kyle has also worked in a call center environment as a technician and an account Lead Tech utilizing call center reporting tools.

Prior to his corporate experience, Kyle served as a Sergeant in the United States Army deployed to the Middle East. He completed Army Information Assurance training and was responsible for Information Assurance and Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) for a number of staff sections in the Area of Operations. Duties as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of his section included establishing and enforcing physical and electronic asset security standards, policies, and procedures.
